分享一下找挂号信单号流程：
打开 App 左上角-安全邮箱-右下角加号➕，新建一个工单：
内容可以写这个：
"Please give me my physical card’s email tracking number, I still not receive my card until now."
9.10 我提交的查询，9.17 给我回了消息：
"We are pleased to share that the traking number is SG 636 xxx xxx SG.
You may trace the email at Singpost tracking website."
中间 636 那一串就是单号，前后需要拼接一下 RA 和 SG：
比如我的单号就是：RA636xxxxxxSG，把下面的链接最后改成你的单号就行

看到快递流程后，一般会有快递员单号手机，打电话问一下在哪里拿就行了
